Delivery Information

How We Deliver

All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. Products in the same order may be delivered separately. All deliveries must be signed for.

Charges

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added at the checkout. The prices are calculated by weight, value, distance, and type of delivery service you require.

Next day times

Orders received by 3.30pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders received on Friday, before 3.00pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed for Saturday delivery will be accepted until 3.00pm on Friday.

Orders placed outside mainland UK may incur time delay in delivery. Custom made systems or pre built system's orders could take up to 2-5 working days for delivery.

Receiving your order

On receipt of your order please inspect carefully for any transit damage. In the event of damaged or missing goods, please state clearly before signing the consignment note. Call the customer support for help on 0871 236 1771. Please retain all packaging of goods purchased, for up to 28 days, in case you need to return the product.

Tracking Your Order

You can track the progress of your order by logging in and then going to 'My Account'.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Our support staff will keep you informed of any expected delays we might be aware of.
